Terms of Service

Effective as of June 16, 2026

Section 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the sale of proxy services offered by Nyxo (Coped LLC) on the website nyxoproxies.com. Placing an order constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Section 2 — Services offered

Nyxo offers access to dedicated datacenter proxies and residential proxies, available as pre-defined packs, custom packs, or pay-as-you-go credits. Service specifications are detailed on the Pricing page.

Section 3 — Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes. Nyxo reserves the right to change prices at any time; services are billed at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the number of proxies ordered.

Section 4 — Ordering and payment

Orders are placed online at nyxoproxies.com. The customer selects a plan, chooses a country, and completes secure payment via Stripe.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Section 5 — Delivery and activation

Proxies are activated instantly after payment confirmation. Access credentials are available in the customer dashboard.

The proxy list can be downloaded in TXT, CSV, and JSON formats.

Section 6 — Duration and renewal

Each datacenter subscription is valid for 1 month from the purchase date. Renewal is automatic; customers may cancel at any time from their dashboard or via the Stripe customer portal.

Residential credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

A reminder is sent 7 days before a datacenter subscription expires.

Section 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content services where execution has begun with the customer's consent.

Due to the digital nature of the services, no refund is possible once proxies have been activated or credits consumed. Customers are encouraged to review their order before completing payment.

Section 8 — Liability

Nyxo undertakes to provide its services with due diligence. This constitutes a best-efforts obligation and not a guarantee of result.

Nyxo is not liable for how customers use the proxies. Customers agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws.

Nyxo shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure, Internet network failure, or any event beyond its control.

Section 9 — Termination

Nyxo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's access in cases of:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal use of the services
  • Non-payment
  • Activities harmful to the infrastructure or other users

If access is terminated due to a customer breach, no refund will be issued.

Section 10 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA). In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first. Consumers in the European Union retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence.
